"9dots took over our line rental and call charges in February 2009. We historically retained all of our telecommunication business with British Telecom. We were however impressed by the cost savings associated with a move to 9dots. Our experience to date has been very favourable and the changeover was seamless.
We have found 9dots very responsive when any queries have arisen. Our phone charges have reduced and we have received a first class sales and after sales service. Based on our current experience I would be happy to recommend 9dots for telephone services.

"We were recommended by our maintainer, AL Global, to go with 9 Dots / 2 Circles for the Smart Connect ADSL solution and ISDN 30 as it was a more cost effective solution to our previous set up. "AMC Removals recently transferred our landlines from BT to 9dots Consulting. In addition, AMC Removals took advantage of a free service offered by 9dots Consulting. This was a fax to e-mail service. As a result we no longer have the expense of a phone line to operate a fax machine. We no longer have to use and maintain a fax machine, we no longer have to purchase expensive ink and paper. AMC Removals have saved quite an amount every month compared to what was being charged by BT in addition to the expense of operating a fax machine.
I have always found 9dots Consulting and Martin very helpful and the advantage of a quick informed response to any query refreshing.
